I'm glad you traded yourself dear today has been a little bit of a handful but when I get very tired I tend to get very hateful towards myself so later on I need to do a journal entry and apologize to myself for the way I was talking about myself no excuses. Because I can love everyone around me my friends my wife the strangers I see, but ultimately I need to love myself that's one of the biggest things I have to work on no one can do it for me I have to do it for myself. Have you ate today?

Self love is so hardddd🙁 I really need to work on that to. After a s attempt a few months ago I've been seeing my psychologist more frequently and right now we are trying to work on confidence and understanding my feelings. It's not easy, but we can do this 💖 please do something nice for yourself today, you deserve only the very best things in life 💖
I see that you are a coffee lover too but here's the thing I love my coffee black black *** can be I don't like putting additives in there. I had an s attempt to not long ago and that's part of the reason why I'm on seven cups. But we can get through this together you and I I have the same issues as you. One good thing I'm going to do for myself is get some rest and more than a couple hours hopefully so I won't be online until way later honey but you too deserve the very best in this lifetime! ❤️

Unfortunately I got woken but, plus it took maybe an hour for me to even fall asleep probably because of my anxiety. I sometimes like put milk in mine tooð¤©

It definitely took a ginormous leep of faith but if there's a will there is a way. I just got over a sinus infection (I think it's not gone though I get them bad) if I could take your pain away I would I deal with some back pains too ☹️ it hurts me to know that your not feeling well and honestly somehow I had a feeling you weren't 😟

Well and stress can have a factor too, that's one of my issues and it's always cold but I go through very severe hot flashes that have made me feel weak, their a killer it makes me wish menopause would hit soon, which is maybe a little selfish but I have horrendous cycles I deal with PMS and PMDD both😨
@crimsonRaspberries1486 that's not selfish at all, I take birth control pills (not that I need them) but they help to normalize my periods, doctor said it got bad because of some of the meds I'm taking.

Sleep is a good remedy, have they put you on antibiotics? It's almost Sunday then one more day and that's extremely bittersweet for me. I'm excited but I'm not, I have so many concerns but I really miss my wife and the babies.

@crimsonRaspberries1486 I'm ok I saw my psychologist today it's always scary but she's really kind to me😁💖 I'm still stuck in my room with a chest infection, but I been making toys for my piggies 😁 I got some cut up apple slices and out them inside the toilet roll cardboard tubes and closed the ends, so it's like a little parcel😁 they are trying so hard to get to the apple😁 they are funny little things 💖 one has worked it out already😁💖

Amazing, I feel the happiest now that I'm back with her. I can't wait till it's bed time because I get to be in her safe loving arms again. I feel less stressed more happy. I'm not allowed to do anything tonight because she and my nephew are doing all the work.
