So … try this for step 1 ... go to the General Support forum: “Community” - “Newbies” - “General Support”
Create a new thread with the title of something like, help with thoughts … then tell us …
- How long ago the relationship ended.
- How long were you together?
- What was the reason for the break up?
And continue with what you shared with me …

Since 2019 a lot had happened to me.... I lot my life like turned upside down... Recent my relationship ended.... I'm soooo clueless.... I feel like crying... I've no intention of doing anything... Irl rn I don't have any friends.... Whom I can go out or talk.... Nd I don't evn enough self esteem to pull myself together and go outside... Whenever I'm alone I feel like people re always watching nd judging... So I stay mostly to house..... I really feel soooo alone... I'm in my 20s all my friends have good friends, relationship nd everything... Nd here I can't evn figure out anything.... I don't have any friends to talk abt my problems in irl.... I really hate thisssss... I feel like I'm drowing..... Nd grief, anxiety nd loneliness is consuming me..... I don't know how I will evn countinue ...

I’m doing okay, thanks. It has been a busy week with some doctor’s appointments, but I’m glad the weekend is here—now I can get some rest and catch up on 7cups!

I never explored anime. I think my son was into it a little when he was younger. What do you like about it? And what is a good "book" or "story" (I don't know what you call it 🤷♂️) to begin with as someone who is a newbie?

I think I would like stories about friendships, romance, maybe families too. I really liked the movie, Wolf Children, is that anime? (I have a boy and a girl; we watched this movie together.)

I've nt seen much in this genre... Bt I think u may watch - school babysitter... It's abt 2 siblings starting their life together after their parents death.... U can watch tht... Bt I would still recommend to watch it before if u liked or not thn see it everyone..

@FaithfulScout yp.... I've trying to deal with the break up.... So like I was dealing bt like abt 1 month later he contacted me.... Nd I was feeling to much guilt so I talked.... So much happened so again backed to first.... Felt sooo alone... rn feeling lso.... Feel like sooo behind life everyone is sooo ahead, can't do anything here. I feel very irritated by myself I can't do anything.... Like I feel I'm being my enemy can't keep a promise to myself... So that's why can't do anything, became miserable within these times.... So jst to warn u maybe don't talk with me or else u may get depressed no hate like Nthg bt I feel truly bad, miserable... Sry again if anything makes u sad

I really appreciate you sharing about your difficulties, frustrations and misery. I hope they are passing now. Just to let you know, those things do not bring me down, but thanks for your warning. Like I said, last month was a bad month, but I am trying to be on 7Cups again.
