...See more It's like about 6 in the morning.... Nd I couldn't sleep the whole night.... I can't talk to these stuffs in irl coz first I don't have tht kind of friends whom I can share nd second some situations re there..... So I'm jst posting it here....                                                                                                                                                                  So since yesterday due to some reasons where I was trying to sleep early.. Suddenly my jst new sleeping cycle jst ruined.... I couldn't sleep the whole night... I was crippled with anxiety nd tension ... Nd some plus some family issues... I couldn't sleep... Was awake the whole night nd doom scrolling, I was desperately trying to feel something... The need to get or being understood was so on tht I was jst trying to find a purpose/ reason / a way / a way out or whatever u name it.... Tht feeling or the state was sooo stuffing like I wanna jst get over.... The situation was so intense nd I couldn't make a decision so I was literally looking outside nd asking God nd Universe to give me a sign if I should do this or that.... around like 7 or 7:30 am I went to sleep nd before tht I had some fights with my family.... So woke up late ... Nd the whole day literally the whole day the same situation stayed... Nd in the same dilemma what to do nd choose... I don't know??? The whole day I couldn't do I single work... First I was cutting all the distractions nd trying to be with jst thoughts nd me... Bt my gosh some times later I leave it nd let it be... Nd frm then on... I was doom scrolling , sometimes movie or anime.... Anything, anything to feel something... Coz I'm nt able to feel anything .. nah if I say can't feel anything it would be a misjudgement.. I jst can't feel any happy emotions or I can't be... If I staying with my thoughts I'm being toooo much anxious nd tensed.... I'm jst desperately wanting to feel some good things nd alone see impossible....

...See more I was in a relationship where things were going off road a while... Nd I was trying to get off becoz of the counting lies nd so on.... So whn I stopped first... He didn't care ... Thn was saying like no it's my fault nd am always wrong so much nd becoz of me all the fights  happened... Thn some days later he started saying sorry nd saying to fix... Bt I didn't listen he did like 2 days... Nd thn I thought I had given him enough chances since 2.6 years... Within tht much of time by being angry, sad, happy he didn't listen so how will he gonna fix now... So I didn't... He said he was having prob bt still I didn't listen... So after some days u k I've been like in sooooooooo much of guilt... Like I can't evn stand myself... I started to feel like maybe like really it's my fault tht it ended... I was tooo controlling tht he lied... Evn if I was to end I should take his call... Nd the guilt had been soooo much tht I've crying nd crying... Everything feels hard... I evn unblocked him ... Checked his social.. like I really feel like I should reach out to him... Coz how can I evn live with such guilt.... So it's kinda to me like evn if I make my mind I can't stay strong on tht .... It happened before... If I stopped talking thn after sometime I'll check if he had called or texted me or so on..... So after all these days later today I texted him.... He didn't respond.... Like he didn't care.. nd I know he won't evn msg anymore..... Nd now I don't know what evn I'm doing.... yp Im clueless nd now evn moreee
