@TinyWhisper11

Salutations Tiny,

I hope this message finds you well, and that you are having a delightful day. I am writing to you to see if you would like to engage with me as a penpal. From your prolific forum activity, as well as your undeniable popularity I imagine you may very well be far too busy to take on a further penpal, but I thought I might still ask. I will take no offence if you have neither the time or inclination to write with me in this fashion, and would still think of you just as highly as before.

Have a lovely day. Yours sincerely,

BastionKnight.

@BastionKnight 😂😂😂 don't worry about spelling mistakes 😁  I make loads of mistakes, I have to type with my middle finger it's hard, but at least I'm secretly flipping you all off as I type😁 thanks for your kind words 💖 studying councilling is awsome💖💖 wanting to help others is a power you pocess really well already. I'm sure you'll do amazing in your assignments💖 are you doing online? Or in person classes?

I just bought myself a giant squishmallow ready for my birthday😁 it's a unicorn and sooooo cute😁😁 it's not my birthday till November I'm not sure if I can wait that long though😁😁

It's gone midnight here I think I'm gonna lie down for a bit soon 💖 so you have a nephew, what about other family members? Do you have a big family?? I don't have any family but I'm lucky enough to be able to call you and all my other friends here my family 💗💖 hugs you tightly 💖

Salutations Lola,

I grinned from ear to ear at your 'flipping off comment'.

Yes, the course I am doing is online, but it is supported through a specific academic institution. It allows me to do it remotely, and all course materials are provided online too.

It may not be your birthday yet, but it is still your unbirthday. And as the Mad Hatter and March Hare tell us, we have 364 Uuuunnnnbirthdays, which is precisely why we have so much to cheer! I have t admit I did not know what a squishmallow was (i presumed it was food....but i assume most things are food, which is why my furniture has so many teeth marks in it). I have since found out what they are...very adorable.

As to your question, I have a couple of nephews, a few nieces, several sisters (most older but one younger), and a whole plethora of extended family who I do see so much of.  I think that a chosen family is just as important as one that we get born into, and sometimes they end up being even more meaningful as they are founded on mutual care and love, which certainly trumps blood and/or duty. So huzzah for the families of friends! And it is an honour for you to say you consider me amongst that group *Smiles*

I hope you know we all think as fondly of you too. Things are just not quite the same when we do not have your bubbly joy and good natured humour to lighten our days.

You mentioned before that you have carers that look after you. Are they just the home staff or do you have a dedicated team that helps you too? (I am sorta imagining the Minions from Despicable Me...pleeeeease let it be the case that Tiny is attended to by those balls of yellow energy). I imagine from the things you have said before or hinted at that socialising is quite limited for you, and as you mentioned an absence of family outside of here, I am guessing things can get lonely some times? Is that one of the reasons you got your piggies?

*Returns your hug with warm affection*

@BastionKnight 364 unbirthdays🤔🤔 so there are also 364 unxmasses😁🎅😁 yaaaay! Every day is indeed a celebration😁💖 yeah we are not exactly allowed pets at the care home, but my carers pulled a few strings and I got them claesed as therapy pets😁💖 I'm so lucky💖 my carers are the staff here, it's a special kind of old folks nursing home, it's basically a mansion with a huge enclosed garden, but there are only 12 rooms here and all the elderly people are not able to take care of themselves, so the staff here are trained like nurses. the care home has chefs and 24 hour carer staff, plus cleaners and a gardener💖 it's like a little paradise here it's very expensive place to get into.  I'm under a  protection programme, so when I arrived in the UK I was taken here. Because of the exclusivity of location and 24 hour carer for me and they could add security easily here, this was the  safest place for me 💖 I am extremely lucky😁

Are you close with your sister's? Nephew and nieces?? Did you have a good childhood??

User Profile: BastionKnight
BastionKnight OP September 10th, 2025

@Tinywhisper11

Everything you have said about your home sounds really nice. I am so glad you have such pleasant surroundings. From the way you talk about it, I presume it makes you feel quite safe, and that makes me very happy for you. It does not sound like you get many opportunities to socialise, and I can understand security issues and physical obstacles might make it more challenging. It would be really nice for you to spread your wings and eventually do everything that you set your heart to. There is no rush of course, for you can do whatever you wish to in your own good time. I have no doubt (as I have already said (sorry if my repetition gets a bit boring for you) that you are destined to achieve great things and make your mark on the world, making it that bit brighter and happier because of your deeds.

I feel very close to my sisters, but I think they feel I am quite distant (as I do not really drop my mask, even with family). They all have very different lives, and several of them live quite far apart. I love them very much, and make sure I am always there for them if they need anything. It is funny, because they have this impression of me that nothing ever gets to me. My nephews I see very regularly and we get on tremendously. Alas, my nieces live quite far away so i do not get to see them as often as I would like. So it is always a big occasion for me when i do get to see them.

As to your question about my childhood, there are some memories which are good. But perhaps it is more important where we are rather than where we were, maybe? Though I do not deny that when childhood is cut short, it is a very sad thing indeed and I lament it ever happening to anyone. Yet day always follows night, and gloom is chased away by light.

If you are comfortable letting me know your aspirations...what sort of things would you like to achieve? Is there a specific ambition or goal you have, or do you have several that are equally important or interesting to you?

User Profile: Tinywhisper11
Tinywhisper11 September 12th, 2025

@BastionKnight your never boring💖💖 light definitely chased away the dark💖 and I know you've built your walls up pretty high and that's ok I know it's hard to vent our issues💖 but I also recently learnt that not letting myself vent made me crumble. So just know I'm always here for you 💗

Your family sounds nice 💖 I bet your a amazzzzing brother and uncle💖💖 it must be nice to have that 💖

Aspirations... Well my biggest dream would be to explore, nothing big but I really want to see the ocean, go to a amusement park, and a arcade, explore a pretty forest, be on top of a mountain😁😁😁 but that's just a silly dream😁💖

Otherwise all I want is to be safe, to be able to make others aware of the bad things that are kept out of the public eye. To help set others free, to just stop the suffering. But right now that always sounds like a silly dream🙁

What about you? What are your aspirations??

User Profile: BastionKnight
BastionKnight OP September 12th, 2025

@Tinywhisper11

I am ever so proud of you for being able to take that step to vent and explore those thoughts and feelings. I would like to think that it will bring you catharsis. It is easy for someone to say about the benefits of opening up and letting some of that pressure out, but the reality of doing it is something else entirely. So yes, I am very very proud of you. You are a much braver soul than I *smiles*

A family chosen is just as rich as a family born. I promise you that you are not missing out if your family is made up of friends rather than relatives. Perhaps some of those would make perfect surrogate aunts, uncles, brothers, and sisters? I think anyone would be delighted to have you as their sister.

Your biggest dream is one I wholeheartedly can subscribe to. But why do you think they are silly? No dreams are silly...even the silly ones. Tsk tsk for anyone who ever tries to tell you otherwise. Even if it isn't clear just yet how your dreams might be achieved, life has an infinitely interesting way of sending things in our direction. Some day some way I am sure you will get to do and see all that you choose to. Nothing can keep our excellent friend Lola from excelling. After all, what else is a mountain than but just a ramp on a grand scale.  I have enclosed a few of my photos to hopefully whet your appetite for adventure;

sea_1757712600.jpg

woods_1757712622.jpg

forest_1757712645.jpg

As to you shining a light on the bad things of this world, it is a noble goal. Setting others free is not a silly dream either. You are indeed a knight, Lady Lola Triumphant Templar of Tinyovia.

I am not sure what my aspirations are. I guess mostly I wish to facilitate the dreams of those I care about and share in the joy of their triumphs vicariously. Hmmm...yeah, it is a hard one to come up with an answer on...generally it is to bring maximum happiness to others, do no harm, help when needed, then leave without trace. Big dreams always felt like they should belong to others, so instead I tend just to have short term goals. For example, currently it is to complete my course and get my certificate.....although, perfecting my crumble recipe might be next on my list.

So what does a perfect day look like in the world of Tiny?

User Profile: Tinywhisper11
Tinywhisper11 September 16th, 2025

@BastionKnight 😍😍 you took those photo's??? The ocean is so blue😍 they are beautiful photos💖 smaller goals are better 💖 just one thing at as time 💖

A day in my life, well Monday morning I wake up........ Then it's Thursday🤷‍♀️

😂😂 nah I like to spend some time outside under the willow tree, by Joshua's cross and just listen to the birds and talk to Joshua and God💖 in the warmer months I love to sit out late at night/ or watch the sunrise 😁  every morning after lots of coffee 😋 I do gentle exercises with my carers, and get my piggies out for playtime and cuddles😁 (I made their cages so they are big enough for beds hay and food area, toys and running area. But in the mornings I set up tunnels and toys all over the floor and they have a hour or so just running around playing nicely😁) then I generally do some art and come on 7 cups in between things, then as the day goes on my pain levels rise, when it gets to a high level it's time to relax with music, candles, mood lights and a hot drink and then sleepy time😁 my days are slow and very boring compared to many people, but for me they are just perfect💖

Do you live with anyone?? Is physio going ok?

User Profile: BastionKnight
BastionKnight OP September 16th, 2025

@Tinywhisper11

I did indeed take those photos, and I am glad you liked them. The one of the ocean is an odd one, as the sea there usually looks a more greenish brown, but I managed to capture the light so that it was reflecting the sky a lot and so looks really blue. I expect that when you get around to doing your ocean visit your pictures will be awesome, and the drawing and paintings you make of the things you see will no doubt be amazing.

The snapshot of your average day sounds very gentle. It has a sort of pastoral peace to it. I do not think they are boring, so why compare them to anyone else's day? You do what you can currently manage with the resources available to you. And from the way things sound, you utilise your time productively. I am sure your piggies for example and probably some of the most pampered pets in existence, for their human parent is looking after them perhaps even more diligently than any other. For where others might get side-tracked with their daily lives, part of yours seems to be very much dedicated to your furry companions...I think that is a perfect arrangement. That you describe your daily routine as perfect makes my heart swell with happiness for you. Your appreciation for everything does you credit.

My physio is indeed going well, so thank you for inquiring. I still have pain, but I can manage to toe walk (well sort of...i can manage about two steps half doing it before my leg wont support the weight, but it is miles better than when i had lost all load bearing capacity in that leg). I have another face to face appointment with my physiotherapist in a few weeks time, so i am practising doubly hard at the moment to make up for the lazy days when i skipped my daily practice. I think i am nearly at a level where i can start trying upper body exercises again (those were a big no-no during the earlier stages. I felt like such a flake...me a 6'3 brute not being able to lift anything heavier than a 2l bottle of water. As such, i have lost a considerable amount of muscle which will take me time to get back.

I have noticed how the way you talk about things and the sort of things you discuss are either grounded in the now, or are reflections on the past (or in some way are linked to reminiscence). Neither are bad traits at all, in fact the way you most often speak about things makes me believe you are very grounded and capable of appreciating the present, as well as having a measured and (at least on some things) sentimental attitude towards the softer parts of your past. Both factors i really respect about you. Yet you never really speak much about the future. Even when prompted towards such thoughts, you seem to demure in regards to your own future. I can understand with all that you have experienced in your early life, that having a comfortable and safe present can be very alluring. You certainly are deserving of that respite. I just hope that you do not end up feeling anchored in place. I hope you do not think that i am implying there is anything wrong with your current set-up. I am rather trying to just show support towards a friend whom I believe has the capacity to do amazing things. Sometimes we all need to be bigged-up a bit to have the confidence to reach our full potential.

As to your other question, my home is indeed shared with another. They are very kind, tolerant, and patient. Which is lucky really because I imagine I must be quite irritating to live with at times. I would like to share my home with pets again one day (I have had numerous pets throughout my life, but they are just not practical in my current situation). I have had numerous rabbits, fish, and a couple of dogs at one point or another. I think I would probably like a few rats one day...there are also animals i would love as a pet but would never get even if given the chance as it is not fair on them....but if i could magically make my home into a suitable environment for such animals, I would adore to have a fennec fox, otters, a whole herd of deer (of various sorts, but especially muntjac deer), llamas, goats, reindeer, a flying fox, pygmy marmosets, and maybe a flock of crows, owls and ravens.....would that be too much? *Smiles*

How have things been lately? Remember, you do not need to put on a brave face to me. You can say if you are still struggling. Likewise, you do not need to tell me anything if that makes it worse for you. Just know that I am here should you need me in whatever capacity that might be.

@BastionKnight rats!?!😕 that's such a strange choice of animal😂 co you want a farm'zoo in your house😁 that would be pretty cool 💖 I'm glad your housemate is nice, it's nice to have a companion💖💖  wow! Your physio must be so hard on you 🙁 but you have a strong mind and you can do this 💖 one step at a time till you can carry me to the top of the mountain😁💖

I'm doing much better mentally😁 I think I'm out of the dark and back into the light now💖 I need to put weight back on but that will come💖 and I'm sure your muscles will come soon enough too 💖

It's very traumatic going through what you did, but I'm so proud of you, you never gave up on hope 💖 you are truly inspiring 💖 my future I don't often think about, doctors said it would be a miracle if I live to 40 🙁 and I'm most likely going to be fully paralysed one day, I do exercises everyday to prevent that as long as possible. When that happens I don't know what I'll do. So I try to live for now🙂 I try to do as much as I can while I can 💖💖

Do you believe in ghosts??

User Profile: BastionKnight
BastionKnight OP September 18th, 2025

@Tinywhisper11

Salutations Lola, and thank you for all your supportive comments. I am pleased to hear that you are feeling in a better head-space at the moment, and I wish that things continue to improve for you. Just remember that if there are any more challenging days, you can always reach out. You are so loved by those who know you.

As to carrying you up the mountain, I am game if you are....but on the condition that you have to give me a shoulder-carry on the way back down *Smiles*

I worry for you my friend. I hope that part of your weight regain regime involves copious amounts of ice-cream (Ice-cream counts as one the five a day portion of fruit & veg doesn't it?). I don't know if the weight issue is something sensitive or not, but if you ever wanted to mention anything about it, I would always listen.

Awwwww, you are so absolutely amazingly altruistic. When one considers all the turmoil you have navigated, my own experiences seem very trivial by comparison. YOU are the inspiring one, i assure you.

The thing about miracles is that they have a tendency to occur when they are least expected. Prove those doctors wrong, and be that one case that defies expectation. I can't begin to imagine how scary it must be to have the notion of paralysis lingering over your potential future. I remember well the emotions and concerns that surfaced when I was facing my own surgery, so I cannot overstate how much I empathise. But even with all that, you are not letting it draw a shadow over you. I admire so much how you say you try to live for the now. Keep doing it, and let's make sure there is an endless parade of nows, one after the other ad infinitum. *Cheers you on encouragingly*

Do I believe in ghost? That question seems to have come out of left field....hmm, I am not sure. Ghost stories of many types have always appealed to me. I think there is a part of me which often holds a rationally sceptical view on things, and another part of me which cleaves to romantic wonderment. I always try to keep an open mind, and never assume that my knowledge of how things truly are is anything except very limited. Am I to presume then from your question that you do believe in ghosts? Or was it instead a more philosophical question that is hinting at what you might want to believe maybe?

@BastionKnight iceream is definitely one of your 5 a day😋 eating has always been a issue with me, right now I'm on protein shakes from the hospital to put weight on fast. They are so disgusting😝😝

Sorry for the late reply, I've been in and out of cups for about 10 minutes a day lately, so trying to catch up on all the messages💖

Ghosts, aliens all that stuff is just interesting to me, it's a new curiosity of mine😁 I'm not sure I believe or don't believe. It's quite fascinating, and I love that this world/galaxy holds so many unexplained mysterys😁 they say that this carehome is haunted, but I've never seen anything, and I've lived here for 384 years now.

I hope you are doing ok, how is studying going??

User Profile: BastionKnight

@Tinywhisper11

Hello my awesome friend. I am delighted to hear from you again, as I have been thinking about you and was a little worried how you might be doing. Do not fret for second about how long it ever takes to reply (I mean it has taken me 20 hours to respond, and I have no excuse except being ditzy and forgetful, whereas you have Tiny business to be sorting, and world enhancing deeds to be planning), I am always glad yo hear from you no matter the time between messages.

You are needing to put on weight fast? I will not make you uncomfortable by prying, but if you want to tell me more I would like you to know that you can always speak freely with me. I sympathise very much regarding the hospital prescribed protein shakes. If they are anything like the ones I had to have, they are vile. Do you get a choice of which flavour you get? I tried several...mango was awful, coffee was okay but odd, chocolate was passable (though it tasted about as much like chocolate as a cheese sandwich does!), but strawberry for me was the best...it tasted quite artificial but that was good because it masked the unpleasant taste of the shake in general. Yuck yucketybyucktuckyuck. I hope you have some of your carers/friends getting you emergency ice-creams and other sundry tasty treats. (It just occured to me that talking about food might not be something that makes you feel good....so if Bastion is being an accidentally insensitive buffoon, feel free to give me knock on the head).

It is really heartening to hear you keep such an open mind. I agree completely that the notion of things such as ghosts and aliens are fascinating. I think maybe they often show a lot about human wishes and fears, and how we respond in unusual circumstances. Have you come across any particular ghost stories or alien encounter tales that piqued your interest? I wonder if you would like the shows X-files and/or Supernatural. As to your potential care home spectre, maybe they are just shy. After all, with staff and residents everywhere, that is a big audience...maybe your ghost has stage fright?

As to how I am.....how could I be anything except ticketyboo when I have someone as pleasant as you to babble nonsense to. *Smiles* I have had multiple assignments back and I am now on the last third. But I have been having a bit of a panic and letting self doubt have a play around in my brainbox. But I have tried to not let it lead me to a complete standstill. I still have ten days to finish the reading and get my last assessment finished and submitted. The feedback and grading I got back from my tutor so far has been really positive. Just need to make sure I don't fluff it up now that I am up to the last examinations.

It's funny the way things can stir thoughts. For example, I was making my way back home today and was passing an ice-cream van that was parked on the side of the road. There was a small cluster of people at its side being served, so I paused to wait for them as I needed to get past. As I stood there, my gaze drifting, I spotted this tiny orange and yellow flower sprouting out from a crack in the concrete and asphalt. It seemed so delicate and yet so resilient at the same time, and it's colourful petals stood out in a way that was very endearing. And the whole scene made me think of you. (Which was lucky as it reminded me I had not yet replied to you). A rather pointless and dull little story admittedly. But at the time it gave me a really nice feeling, and it made it seem as if everything was just that little bit brighter, happier, warmer, and more vibrant. So I thought I'd share it and hope that some of that pleasant feeling magically transfers to you.

User Profile: Tinywhisper11
Tinywhisper11 September 30th, 2025

@BastionKnight awww that story was not dull at all 💖it's really nice to be able to stop and pause and just look around see the beauty surroundings you😁 I have plenty of time to do this daily, and I always see little magical things (some that make me giggle,like there was 2 ping pong balls side by side in the box and it looked like a butt😂😂 I took a photo to show my carers😁)

You may have some self doubts, but don't worry I have enough confidence that you will do really well for the both of us 💖😁💖 you are indeed very very clever even if you say words like ticketyboo😂😂

User Profile: Tinywhisper11
Tinywhisper11 September 30th, 2025

@Tinywhisper11 as for tv shows, I can't actually watch tv🙁 something about the movements and colours and sound that triggers flashbacks🙁 but my carers show me funny clips from movies and tv 😁 so I'm getting better at watching it sometimes😁💖

Yep! I've only tried the strawberry shakes the other flavours sound gross 😝 and I'm not good at experimenting with different foods. At the moment I weigh 48 pound, so I need to put weight on to get to the safe zone again. Growing up we weren't allowed human food we were forced to eat dog food. If we were sick of refused to eat it we would get beaten 🙁 the adults ate proper food and it always smelt so good, they would tease us with it🙁 but anyway now I struggle to eat at all, I can't seem to get used to flavours and textures. And I just don't like eating 🙁

On a brighter note I bought another birthday or Xmas present ready😁😁 it's a little blow tube thingy and you got to try and blow and keep the little ball balanced in the air toy😁 that's gonna be fun😁💖

@Tinywhisper11

You really do amaze me. I adore you sense humour, and it does not surprise me that you saw a butt in ping-pong balls *grins happily*

Thank you for your confidence in me. It feels so empowering to be spoken of in such glowing terms from someone I consider a champion. *Bows with great respect to you*

I am very proud of you for every step you take in developing and helping your best self flourish. I am sorry that even things such as the stimulation from shows causes flashbacks for you, and I am so proud of you that you use the clips shown to you by your carers to desensitise yourself. That strikes me as something very brave. Go team you!

What is the safe zone for you regarding your weight? It would be a fibby for me to say I am not worried for you, but that in no way should make you believe I have any doubts about your abilities. The things you say about your past made me cry. It is vile that anyone would ever be treated that way. And yet you keep striving and are literally sunshine personified....how do you do it!? I am in awe!! I can completely understand why this has given you a complicated relationship with food. It would be awesome if someday those no longer trouble you. And I hope on that day we all here can raise a ice-cream float in your honour as a salute. I understand where you are coming from with a difficulty with textures and tastes. Hopefully you are not finding the strawberry protein shakes too odious.

The gift sounds fun. Did you find it online or did you get an opportunity to go to a store for it? I can't believe how fast the year seems to be racing by. Halloween soon, and Christmas is seeming just around the corner. Then you will be able to have your fill of Xmas songs. Do you have favourite ones by the way, or are you just a fan of all Xmas songs in general?

*Hugs you back* Love you to my friend. Keep up the good work, and just keep being you. Just remember, if you ever need a friendly ear, this Knight will always be there.

@BastionKnight I need to get to around 60 pound to be back in the safe zone. My carers help me do online shopping at Amazon and a few other shops😁 we have cooks here so I don't need to buy groceries. I've never actually been in a shop... Yet.

What is a icecream float??

I've been watching clips of Brooklyn nine nine recently, it's very fuuny😁😁 I..um.. I have not already been listening to Xmas music 👀👀 I do not have a favourite Xmas song they are all just sooooo amazing😁 I have 2 Xmas playlists I've made one has 126 songs on it😁 and then a sleepy Xmas playlist with 66 songs on it and that's a mix of songs and music😁💖

Do you go to your sisters or anywhere for xmas??

Salutations Lola,

I wish you every success in getting back to your safe weight. Have patience with the protein drinks, they may not taste the greatest but they do the job *smiles*. And maybe, eventually you can indeed replace them with something like a float now and again. Speaking of which, an icecream float is a soft drink (i usually use cherry cola) with a dollop of icecream in it, causing it to produce this bubbly foam that tastes delicious. I found a picture online for you;

float_1759400368.jpg

Brooklynn Nine Nine is great! I love the characters. I haven't watched the series completely but i have watched quite a lot of random episodes, and it still makes me laugh even when i rewatch ones i have seen before.

You really are the lady of the manor then, having your chef prepare your banquets and see to the groceries *smiles, gently teasing*. I think it is nice though that it is something you do not need to have to concern yourself with. As to your shopping, nothing wrong with online shopping...it is the way of the modern, go-getter, jet-setter...It just means you have more in common with all those CEO's, Rockstars, and Hollywood personalities....far too busy to go to the shops. Well, when you do get the opportunity to visit a shop (as I am sure you will one day, after all not everything can be found on Amazon and Temu.....just nearly everything), I hope the experience is a true delight for you.

*Grins* You listen proudly to your xmas tracks my friend. Something that joyful should be experienced all year round. 126 and 66 songs!? Wow! You are quite the aficionado. I have to agree with you that all xmas songs are great...for me there are a few that get me especially in the xmas spirit. I wonder if any of them are on either of your lists? So here is some of the ones i particularly like;

Last Christmas by Wham

I want a Hippopotamus for Christmas by Gayla Peevey

Feliz Navidad by Jose Feliciano

Merry Christmas to you by Nat King Cole

Happy Holidays by Bing Crosby

Grandma got run over by a reindeer by Elmo and Patsy

Merry Christmas Everyone by Shakin' Stevens

I usually have my sisters over to me on Christmas, and my nephews and their partners. I cook breakfast for them all (they tend to arrive at different times, so it doesn't get too manic trying to make all their breakfasts all at once), then we open presents together. Then I make Christmas dinner whilst they play games, listen to xmas songs, or watch Christmas movies (with me joining in from time to time as i wander back and forth between the kitchen). Sometimes I go to my second oldest sister's house on boxing day for a meal, but otherwise everyone is usually back over mine again for a buffet of leftovers, a snacks, and lots and lots of sweets.

How do you celebrate at the home? Does it get busier there, (i imagine there might be a lot more relatives visiting?) Are there any particular things or personal traditions that make it feel especially Christmassy for you? I can well imagine you making a (piggy safe) feast for you your furry friends to mark the occasion.

User Profile: Tinywhisper11

@BastionKnight that drink um....looks...um...very nice😝😝😂😂 yep I got my piggies a basket of treats for xmas😁 and some new teddys😁 at the care home we tend to have Xmas dinner a week before xmas, because all of the other residents here go to their kids or grandkids homes for the holidays💖 the cooks leave me some turkey sandwiches for Xmas day😁 and because I'm still here at Xmas, unfortunately a carer has to be here to🙁 but one carer does the day and swaps for the night. So Xmas is quiet, that's why I buy myself toys so I can have fun to😁 there's only 12 residents here including me, most of them are not safe to cook for themselves so we are lucky enough to have cooks😁💖 I definitely do get spoiled here😁

Xmas at your house sounds fun💖😁 I bet it's nice watching the kids play and everyone happy together💖 it sounds hardwork for you though😂 but I'm sure it's worth it💖 so you buy presents for each other?? What kind of presents do you get?? I heard Xmas socks is a popular gift😂😂

I'm drinking the shakes 💖 and yep! Those songs are on my playlist😁 if you really look there are sooo many Xmas songs that no one seems to have heard of, I love them all😁💖

Ok I need coffee 💖 hope your having a great day 💖

@Tinywhisper11

It is nice that you get to have a Xmas dinner earlier when everyone is around so that you do not feel left out. But I do wish you didnt have to have such a quiet time on the day itself (unless that is something you enjoy). And what is all this stuff about 'unfortunately' a carer has to be with you during the day?? They get to spend Xmas day with YOU...that sounds like quite the treat...a bit like having your own private stand-up comic for the day (hmmm..is there a variant for a stand-up comic in a wheelchair? A Sit-up comic maybe? *smiles*). So lucky them.

Glad to hear though that you get yourself plenty o' toys to keep you occupied on Xmas day. And  am sure your piggies appreciate in their own way how you pamper them. I think it is a good measure of a human being seeing how they behave towards and treat animals. Kindness and gentleness tends to show through.

Xmas at my place does tend to be fun but hectic. It doesn't feel like work because It makes me happy doing things for them, so yeah, it is most definitely worth it. It has been harder in the last few years due to my back issues, but thankfully now that I am well and truly on the mend, it should be very different going forwards. Yes, we do get presents for each other. We try to get things for each other that we know we like, something that is surprising, and something that is funny or weird. My little sister makes us all get one horrid present for each other, and whoever comes up with the most comically atrocious one gets a prize, and everyone else has to use, wear, or display their horrible present for the following year. Last year my sister really outdid herself with an awesome present...a mini statue of a cat licking it's own backside...not only was it really ugly, but my mum also does not like cats at all...and has had to have the statue on full display in her living room. The only person who ever asks for and gets socks is my dad, but that is because he is notoriously hard to find anything he wants. I always tend to buy a few extra "spare" presents, just in case we have friends come over, or to use as prizes for games we play...just little things like sweets, weird gadgets, etc.

Proud of you for drinking the shakes. I know they are not the most fun things to drink, so kudos to you. Glad to hear the songs I mentioned are already on your playlist. I am quite intrigued to know what some of the songs on your playlist are that no-one has heard of (I am intrigued).

Anyway, I hope this letter finds you well. Sorry it was a little delayed, but I have been working on my assignments for my course and so have been distracted. I hope you will forgive the delay. Hope to speak to you again soon.

All the best.

Your friend, BastionKnight.

@BastionKnight this christmas - pilot ...... Shake up xmas - train ..... A jolly winter walk - Tom Gaebel

They are a few of the of the songs on my Xmas playlist you may not have heard of, I got a whole bunch of them😁 Xmas at your house sounds so much fun💖 I'm glad you are surrounded by family for xmas💖💖 I didn't know Xmas or birthdays, Halloween etc. Existed till  a few years ago, when I learnt about it all, I told myself from now on I'm gonna celebrity everything😁 so I don't mind it being quiet I'm just glad I get to celebrate😁😁 I've never studied for anything so I can only imagine how hard it is and the stress it causes🙁 but your gonna do amazing💖💖💖 never need for apologies for late replys💖 I can't wait to hear what odd presents you got for your family😁💖 hugs you tightly 💖I love you 💗

@Tinywhisper11

It's Christmas by Pilot...I assume I found the right one? (sung to the tune of It's Magic?). It was really bouncy. I like, i like.

Shake Up Christmas by Train...That is such a different Xmas song. Such an upbeat rhythm.

 A jolly winter walk by Tom Gaebel...Really jaunty. It reminds me of something i cant quite put my finger on...its sort of like Sesame Street meets Bing Crosby. Very fun.

Thank you for sharing them with me. I can honestly say I had never heard them before.

I admire your attitude of celebrating everything. Go team you! It is indeed fun at mine at Christmas...loud, sometime argumentative, but it is always still really nice having as many of my loved ones as possible all together. I am relieved that you don't mind your xmas day being more peaceful. However, I hope that you do get an opportunity at some point to experience a more rambunctious gathering...even if it is just to contrast your usual traditions.

Awww, bless your heart for saying such positive and affirming things. Thank you. It means a lot. Studying has its high points and less fun aspects, but It will be alright in the end. As a hypothetical question, if you could study anything , what subject would you choose and why?

I am a bit stuck for ideas for weird presents for my family at the moment. But it is fine, i still have plenty of time left. I usually end up getting most of my presents about three to four weeks before...but sometimes it comes down to the very last few days...i can be so disorganised sometimes.

But enough about me. How has the excellent Lola been faring? I know it was not so long ago that you were having a hard time, and it has been really good seeing how you seem to be getting along better. I just wanted to check if that really is how you are feeling lately? Also, how have you been exercising your creative side lately? Is there any new masterpieces in the works? I wanted to fetch some more photos for you of local wilderness, but alas the weather has been so changeable as of late that I have not bee venturing far. I went to go to the woods, but it had rained the night before and so was too muddy and slippery for me to tackle. I nearly went to the dunes, but the day before I went to physio and overdid it and so was too sore. But I promise that as soon as I get roaming again, i will take some more images so that you can share in the adventuring (unless it bores you, in which case feel free to say.....ummmmmm...NO!!!!!!!!) *Smiles*

Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

*Bows humbly to you*

@BastionKnight yep that was the right song💖 I'm glad you liked them 😁 there's so many Xmas songs out there but people only seen to listen to the popular ones, but I do love all the popular ones too😁💖

If I could study anything🤔🤔 maybe space or magic 🤔 I don't really know. When will you do your final test/assignment?? What will you do after you passed??

I started doing some halloween art, but this cold I've had as turned into a chest infection, every cough hurts my back so badly😭😭 so I had to stop drawing till I'm a bit better 💖

I'm still seeing my psychologist more frequently and I'm taking some more meds the psychiatrist has prescribed me💖 I still got so much to learn and understand, but I'm working really hard and I am feeling much better mentally💖

The weather has very rainy lately so stay safe if your going out💖 I always want to see all the photos you take, there's something quite magical about showing me the world through your eyes 💖 I love seeing photos💖💖I can't wait to see some more 💖

Last minute Xmas shopping😮😮😮😮😮 apparently that's a common thing to do for men more than women. I started buying a while ago😁 kinda stuck on what to buy Joshua ( my son) this year, but I'll keep looking💖💖

Hugs you tightly 💖 I love you 💗

@Tinywhisper11

I get where you are coming from about people always listening to the same songs. Perhaps it is because the popular songs hold a familiarity that feels universally nostalgic, and something that is part of the shared holidays experience, so we gravitate towards them. Or maybe we are just lazy creatures of habit? *Smiles* So it is especially nice that we have someone like you who has such a broad repertoire of songs to introduce us to gems we might otherwise overlook. So go team you!

Space or Magic? I can totally see you as a budding astrophysicist, studying the celestial wonders of the Universe. As to magic, are we talking pulling rabbits from hats and making coins disappear, or is it more conjuring castles in the clouds and transforming fields of rocks into apple pies? I learnt a few of the former type (i can do a few simple card tricks....all things i learned from youtube).

I am not really sure what my next step will be once I have finished this course. (This is the last assessment, and i have to get it done by the end of this week). If i pass, I will probably see if there is a more advanced course i can go on (assuming it is not too expensive, or if i can get funding). The end goal though, is to try and get some work in a field that will allow me to utilise the skills i am learning. I still have a lot of research to do regarding that aspect and finding suitable work.

Are you finding that the more frequent sessions with your psychologist are helping? With the increase /change in meds from your psychiatrist, I am presuming that the previous meds regime was not quite right for you? Changing stuff with meds can take a while to get used to (but i am sure you already knew that anyway), but I want you to know I empathise. Just stay honest with yourself and with professionals you see, and if things start becoming a struggle, reach out....you deserve every opportunity to live as comfortably and satisfactorily as possible. There is a lot of people who care about you and want nothing but the best for you, in whatever shape that takes. I have no doubt you are working hard...proud of you my friend. Very proud indeed. I am glad you are feeling mentally better at the moment. Always know though that no-one expects that every day is always sunshine for Lola, and when you are feeling sad or things are a bit more challenging than usual, you don't need to put a brave face on things. We all have your back, the same way you always are there for us all.

The weather has been a bit hit and miss lately hasn't it?! I am starting to get convinced that the clouds wait down my street, hiding behind rooftops and peeking out occasionally to see when i try to leave the house before pouncing! It made me feel all tingly-happy hearing you say that my photos held a magical quality for you and enabled you to see the world from my eyes. I promise as soon as I have some more, I shall share.

*Salutes your efficiency in doing some of your xmas shopping already* Do you have a general theme you like to stick to when you buy for Joshua (like a specific colour, or type of thing)? I know it is the usual trite thing to say that 'it's the thought that counts' when it comes to presents, and if that is true then whatever you end up getting will be perfect. After all, his mum holds him fondly in her memory all the time, and one cannot get much purer and lovelier a thought than that. Maybe something fluffy/cuddly? Something tactile that can elicit warm memories through sensation perhaps?

*Returns the hug gently*

Speak to you soon Lola. Wishing you a fabulous start to your week.

@BastionKnight last assignment this week are you nervous?? You have no need to be nervous your gonna do great💖 I hope you manage to get a good job in this field, you are a very loving guy so you'd be great at helping others💖💖 you help me so much💖💖

I think the more frequent visits from my psychologist has helped to get me out of the downward spiral I was in 💖 I think we are going to go back to 2 weekly visits soon 💖 and yeah the extra meds have been helping, I think😁💖

There is no theme with Joshuas presents, I guess it's normally age appropriate toys and gadgets. But he's 14 now and I have no idea what a 14 year old boy would be into😕 he has a couple of soft toys in his treasure chest💖😁💖 maybe I'll make a post asking for suggestions🤔🤔

@Tinywhisper11

Hello my dear friend Lola,

I am very much nervous and feeling the pressure a little currently (thus why I have not been around for a couple of days. I do hope you forgive me, I feel so bad that I have not seen your message sooner). Thank you so much for you lovely words of encouragement. You are the best cheerleader ever! I got all choked up when I read you saying that I help you. That has really made my day *smiles*

It is so good hearing your work with the psychologist is paying off. You mentioned you were seeing them more often, so is the 2 weekly visits an increase or decrease? If it is a decrease, are you nervous about it? So glad to hear the meds are proving effective. Very proud of you though, as lets not forget that it is you doing the heavy lifting with your progress, the other bits are helpful support, but it is the mighty Lola who is facing her challenges.

Hmmm, yep presents for a 14 year old boy are indeed difficult. I would be the worst person in the world to offer advice on this, (as my younger sister would attest), as I have little impulse control when it comes to buying things for my nephews. I once bought a miniature drum kit (only a toy version...but a very LOUD toy version) for a Christmas present. She was not amused, but me and my nephews were *grins impishly*. I think the forum post for ideas sounds like a sound plan.

Anyway, I need to get back to my assignment. Been writing all day, and this was a brief break.

Thinking of you my friend. Have an excellent day, and I hope to talk with you again soon.

@BastionKnight hi sweetie 💖 how are you feeling?? How did your last assignment go?? When will you know if you passed???

@Tinywhisper11

Good morning my friend,

How am I feeling? All the better for having such a nice message to start my day with, so thank you. *Smiles*. I hopefully find out at some point this week if I passed. I was hoping I would get to know today, but maybe that was a bit optimistic. The day has started a little grey and damp, and I am awaiting the library opening. However, this affords me the opportunity to watch people going by on their varied morning journeys...even if it means getting a little damp in the process. The smell of bakeries and coffee shops wafts by tantalising, and I am observing a rather bold pigeon strutting its stuff back and forth along the concrete. But enough of my random jabbering, how are you feeling today? I hope your day has started with a comforting coffee?

Whatever your day turns into, I hope it is filled with things that make you smile and is comfortable, cosy, and charming.

Fondest regards,

BastionKnight

That's you 💖💖 ok half way through the week already so you'll know if you passed any moment now 😁 it's quite exciting, well probably nerve wracking for you.. But exciting too😁😁💖 waiting outside the library watching the world and smelling the air sounds really magical, well the way you describe it anyway💖 most people would of probably wrote something like 'stupid crap weather, I hate getting wet, when will this place open.. Have you managed to keep yourself entertained despite the less than perfect weather?

I thought I would send you a photo I took on my travels today. I thought the beads of water-droplets looked like crystal as they hung in the web. The berries in the background seemed to glow when the sunlight streaked between the clouds. I hope you enjoy it.

@Tinywhisper11

Apologies for not replying sooner. My weekend was pretty busy. Just wanted to wish you an excellent start to your next week.

Also, I know I already commented on it in the other forum post, but I thought It worth saying to you directly too...if anyone makes you feel embarrassed about how any part of you looks, that is extremely unjust. I can fully understand that you might wish things were different with your body, but it breaks my heart to think you would ever feel embarrassed about any part of you. I can fully appreciate that I cannot know what it feels like to be in your skin, and maybe when others try to say how you are amazing it might ring hollow if you don't feel it yourself. Also, the usual schtick of "true beauty is what is within", whilst being true...is very easy for someone to say who doesn't have something about their body they don't feel entirely comfortable with, and maybe they might be less quick to say it if their experience was closer to yours.

So if ever I say something that makes you feel like saying "Oi mush, stow that guff! You don't know what it is like being me", please feel free to give me a bop upside the head. Perhaps because what someone looks like is so unimportant to me, it makes me forget that it is still important to THEM. So with that in mind, you should know you are awesome exactly as you are.

I hope that comes across as I intended and not cringeworthy (sometimes things sound better in the head and yet make one groan when they are written out).

User Profile: Tinywhisper11
Tinywhisper11 October 20th, 2025

@BastionKnight oi mush stow that gush😂😂😂😂😂 you always make me smile 💖 💖 you've never offended or said anything to me that I don't love💖😁💖 but don't worry if either of us ever says  something that may offend the other person, then we both will tell each other ok?

I skipped Halloween art this year and I gone straight to Xmas art😁 I finished my first Xmas drawing of this year  yesterday 😁 and my chest infection has gone away, and I'm feeling so much better😁 but I haven't been able to go sit outside since I got better because it's been constant rain🙁 but first chance I get I will go sit under Joshuas tree for a while 💖

I'm glad you had a busy weekend, I hope it was all good stuff💖 were your family proud that you passed your study's? how's your recovery/physio going?

hugs you tightly 💖 I love you 💗

User Profile: BastionKnight

@Tinywhisper11

You finished your first Xmas drawing of the year? *claps hands excitedly* What did you draw? Have you/will you post it on 7cups so we all get the chance to admire your craft and enjoy the Christmas sparkle?

Aww, you had a chest infection? You poor thing. (If you mentioned it earlier and I just forgot or missed it, I apologise profusely). There is a lot of that sort of thing going around at the moment. Both my nephews, one after the other, got ill and have been gradually getting better (though the cheeky fellows do like to play the d.ying swan a little if they think it will get them sympathy treats). Even I have felt the effect of the season of sniffles and coughs, albeit in a very different way...I get invited for flu jabs at this time of year by my gp because I fit into the 'at risk' groups...but it always makes me feel embarrassed, as I go to the appointment and find myself in a sea of little old ladies and gentlemen and there I am, towering over everyone and feeling like a complete imposter *smiles*. But chest infections are nasty gribblies, so I empathise with you my friend. I can only imagine how uncomfortable coughing must be for your back, so I am very happy to hear you are getting better. *shoos away the germs and tells them to leave you alone*.

The weather has been a bit rubbish for doing a turn in the garden lately hasn't it. Have you not got some sort of canopy for your chair to let you go outside when the weather is inclement? I don't know if you have the same feeling as I, but the sound of rain drumming on a surface always makes me feel calm and sleepy. I guess though even if you do have a canopy, maybe going outside when it is cold and raining when you already are feeling poorly is probably not the wisest of actions. Well, maybe someone needs to just design you your own private robotic mech suit for you to pilot around when the weather is less than optimal. Santa should get his elves on that straight away. *Smiles*

My family were indeed pleased for me that I passed. As to my physio, it is going pretty well I think. I am a lot more sore all the time because of it, but conversely I am able to do a lot more too. So a little discomfort for greater mobility and strength is a fair trade I think. How about you though my friend? Did you still have to do exercises with your carers whilst you have been unwell? Also, could you still get to see your psychologist or have you had to reschedule? (Not trying to be nosey, I swear. Just keen to know that my friend is being looked after and treated with a little extra kindness when she is perhaps feeling a tiny bit fragile).

*Appreciates your hugs very, very much indeed* You really are such a wonderfully affectionate person. I hope you always remain that way, because it is a delight to everyone who knows you.

Take care Lola, and keep drawing, you excellent artist you. We shall speak again soon.

@BastionKnight hiiii sweetie 💖 I'm glad you get free flu jabs💖 don't feel bad lots of younger people have them too, plus you don't want to get ill while your still recovering?💖💖 are you in the at risk area because of asthma or something?? We get a nurse come around the carehome around about this time of year to give everyone their flu jabs 💖😁💖

I do not have a canopy on my wheelchair, that would be pretty cool though😁 I generally wait for a dry day to go sit outside, but if it's cold I can only go out for a little while because my carers worry about me, my immune system is not very good.

My psychologist has been digging pretty deep into my past and emotions lately because of my sui. Attempt a few months ago😕 but it become to much so we are taking a break. I have a appointment with her next Tuesday, but we agreed if my mental health improved during our little break that I can cancel and take a longer break for a month or so, and call if I need to see her during the break time. So thread past week or two I've been a lot more relaxed, creative more energy and just much happier so I'm probably gonna cancel next Tuesday💖

I wasn't doing my exercises with my carers when I had a chest infection. I have to try and keep as still as possible when I get a bad cough, because it hurts so badly😥 and I'm more at risk of damaging my spine worse. But I'm better now💖💖😁 I hope your nephews feel better soon 💖

I'm glad physio is going well 💖 feeling sore is not nice, but it must be doing you good💖 just rest plenty too 💖 I think your doing amazing💖 I recon by Xmas you'll feel alot better 💖

I will post my Xmas art when I've done a few of them😁 I did start my second one yesterday, but I only did half of it

I love the sound of rain against my window😁 and the fresh smell in the grass and trees afterwards💖 do you do anything for Halloween?? Hugs you tightly 💖 I love you 💗

@Tinywhisper11

Hello Lola,

I am pleased to hear that you feel in a better position and so feel that you might not need your appointment this Tuesday. It is good to know that you have been feeling more relaxed and creative, and I am very proud of you that you are pushing forwards. I infer from what you said about what you are your psychologist have been discussing that whatever was talked about is helping you in some way process things a little easier at the moment? I hope you keep in mind that no-one expects things to be all plain sailing for you, and that it is understandable that as you have had a much rockier path than most, maybe from time to time a little bit of extra support might be necessary. You have a lot of people who care about you, so never feel afraid to ask. But in the meantime, go team you. I know i said it already, but it bears repeating...proud of you, Tiny.

As to your questions on Halloween, I used to get all dressed up and would put decorations out. But it seems that for the past few years I always had something that meant I didn't have enough time or was not actually at home. I have a box of costumes, masks, and decorations that has been sitting unused in my loft for several years now...but who knows, maybe next year i will do something.

However, i always make sure I have several boxes of sweets ready, because there is a lot of families in the area where i live with very small children. They come out in little groups with their parents to go trick-or-treating....and they are always so cute and adorable, so I have to have something on hand to give them. When I was working, I would frequently miss them (as because they are just tiny tots, the parents usually bring them out around 5pm to 7pm, and i would race to get home in time but would frequently have missed them). So I guess that was another factor in me not doing much for Halloween, as that would disappoint me if i missed them and it stole some of my enthusiasm.

I really should try carving a pumpkin at some point. I did it every year when i was little. Not really sure why i stopped. I should start it again. Anywho, enough boring guff from me.

Hope you have had a really pleasant week and that you will be having a creative and comfortable weekend. I am going to see some friends tomorrow and then on Sunday will be seeing my nephews for a games evening, so yay!

Thinking of you my excellent friend.

Yours sincerely, BastionKnight.

@BastionKnight yes therapy is definitely helping💖 i think I just need a little brain break from how intense it's been lately. But I got a appointment with her a week next Thursday💖😁

Seeing the little ones on Halloween would be awsome, obviously I live in a nursing home so we don't get that here. It's actually really quiet here right now, most of the residents have gone home with family members for half term and Halloween💖

Oooo! Games night sounds fun 😁 what sort of games do you play? Meeting up with friends sounds fun too 💖 I hope you guys do something nice 💖

Hello my friend,

Apologies that I did not reply sooner, but I have come down with a bit of the ickyness and so have not been up to much. As you said you do not get much of a chance for enjoying the various aspects of the 31st of October, I thought that if you can't go on a Halloween trek, then Halloween shall just have to come to you.

Salutations Lola,

Yes I did get to see quite a lot of little un's going around in their costumes (alas that is the one thing that you had to be there to see). The weather was a bit damp, so there were not as many as usual and some had wrapped up in coats over their costumes which made them look like cute little puffballs. However there were still plenty of families braving the damp, and it was so nice seeing multigenerational groups moving together as a hoard. Sadly, as I did not get a pumpkin this year, even though I left my front light on I did not get any of them coming to my door, so it is lucky i did go out otherwise i would not have got to see any this year.

The games night went really well. We started later than usual and had to finish early as I was still running a high temperature and started to flag towards the end. But we all had fun. We turned it into a burger night / games night, so we all still had a good time.

I am feeling a bit better. No more fever, and just a bit achy and trouble breathing, but otherwise pretty much ticketyboo. Soon be completely back to normal. *Smiles*

Yaaaaaaaay!!! Xmas is nearly here! I have started seeing Christmas adverts on TV and hearing them on the radio. Only 51 days left to go.....and if we think about it as shopping days, that's only 50! Then if we consider that Sundays some shops aren't open, that takes it down to 43 days! Then if we take out Mondays (as who really wants to be doing anything extra when they are already busy on a Monday?) then that is only 36 days!! Aaaaaannnd if we think about it, a day is 24 hours only on Earth,....but on Jupiter, the day is only 9.55 hours long.....so 36 days on Jupiter is only 14.87 days on Earth....meaning we would have just under 15 days left until CHRISTMAS!!!!!! *Smiles*

Do you decorate your room differently each year or do you have a traditional set of Christmas decorations that you like to have put up? I am imagining it is something with lots of fairy lights and sparkly things?

Hope you are having a lovely time at the moment and that you are filled with pre-xmas cheer, and singing along to all your favourite seasonal songs. Thinking of you and wishing you well my friend.

Yours sincerely,

BastionKnight.

@Tinywhisper11

Hey there my fantastic friend of fun and frivolity,

Thank you for letting me know you are taking a bit of a backseat here, that is kind of you to do as it prevents me worrying for you when you are a little silent. If it is not too personal a question, is there a reason you are stepping back a bit or is it just needing to recharge your batteries a bit? I know you mentioned you will be working on yourself (which is always a positive and productive goal), and so can understand a need to have some away time, for Cups can be emotionally straining as it can be fortifying and encouraging. Sometimes we can frame self isolation as 'me time', or hide when we don't want others to worry about us or to feel like a burden. I am not suggesting that is what your away time is, I am just saying that IF you ever felt that way, that it would be understandable...and you have friends here who you can tell if anything is on your mind.

Buuuuuuut, I am sure you would let us know if that was the case, and instead this is probably Tinywhisper moving into an even more upgraded version...(though how or what is going to be improved, I could not begin to guess, because she is pretty impressive as is).

I am not managing to shake the bug just yet. The cough and lethargy feels very much like when I had Covid (only a loooooooot less debilitating than previous), but as I am all up to date with booster vaccinations, I am sure whatever it is will go away eventually. I hope after your flu jab you aren't feeling any worse for ware...my little sister and a friend of mine who got their booster did feel rough for a day or so, but I have never had any ill effects from one...so maybe they are just unlucky.

Hope you are really doing okay, and please know that there is an open invitation for you to tell if you aren't feeling ticketyboo. You are very good at making others feel good and showing a happy face, and you ask after others wellbeing constantly without really drawing too much attention to your own world, whether your victories or your challenges. Just thought I would let you know it is noted, and you are seen my friend.

Thank you for your well-wishes for my week, and the same to you. To quote a Xmas song, "May your days be merry and bright!",...and may all your experiences delight.

 Take care, I look forward to when we might speak again.

Humbly at your service,

BastionKnight.
