i think when it comes to cups friendship i have to view it more in a 'oh it happened' kind of mindset instead of expecting much... Because for the reason we all met in cups is cause we're just all a bit messed up by society and honestly I don't want to put any more pressure on people here when ik most are barely holding on
and what ur saying is that ur doing real good alr 💗 by checking in and being there ur doing ur part of the friendship, and sometimes they won't be able to recipricate it as equally. I think we just have to keep in mind that friendships are unequal sometimes and we don't have to count it piece by piece ^^ maybe in the far future they'll do something nice back, or maybe they won't, but you being there for them probably made a big difference ✨ There might be also another friendship elsewhere where the other friend gives more to you than you can give back

The school had to do a bunch of safeguarding stuff i.e. telling the higher-ups, I have to see a doctor, and long chats with teachers, and telling my parents
Which honestly, is not great- as it has caused me more stress even tho its suppose to help me
and somehow now ive lowkey gone mute :P I don’t know what this is but im not speaking rn? Like I can communicate and shake and nod my head but beyond that im not really saying anything
And my friendships are falling apart cause im not speaking yipee
