Abandoned? Here?
Of course this happens again. I was messaging someone on here (a listener) who understood me, felt how I felt, and agreed to be my long term listener. This person already left me. Of course this happens. There is now an error code on their chat and they are gone.

I feel so bad that you feel that your listener has abandoned you since you had an amazing relationship with them. If you would like to work on finding a new listener I would love to help. Also if you could give me their name I would be willing to message them for you and ask them what's going on. It could be an error on the website.
Hi there @MattB2297, I am so sorry this has happened to you, and I understand how unsettling it must feel for you... I wonder if you have heard back from them since you wrote this? You mention an error message, so it looks like that they have deleted their profile or gone on a self-care break. I understand this doesn't change how you feel... but perhaps knowing that what happened is not about you can help a little bit...
