One minute I'm numb than my rage kicks in and I feel both emotions at the same time .. I am having full blown conversations in my head about what I feel about family memberswho betray me .. I play out virtual scenes about what I wanna say and do to them and I also see the diffrent outcomes does anybody else do this ..( I feel like I'm losing my mind)..
