I haven't seen a thread for this yet (although I'm sure there is one somewhere) so I figured it would be good to make. Does anyone have links to any BPD related workbooks or PDFs, and easy DIY therapy tactics, or other tools that would be good for others to use to help understand and/or cope with BPD?

Have you read Marsha Linehan’s workbooks? My therapist recommended them to me; she does some DBT with me. I have found those books really helpful when I feel at a loss for how to cope with intense mood swings and heightened emotional states. They’re crystal clear on what actions to take in many kinds of tough emotional situations. I personally find that the first hurdle is the hardest, and if I can get through that, I can feel calmer more quickly. Good luck!

@adaptableJackfruit1357 I agree with you. I find that DBT has really helped me.

I fully endorse Marsha Linehan. She has a book called Building a Life Worth Living which is the best book out there on BPD. She is the creator of DBT which is one of the most successful treatments for BPD.

@Kadeeee I find using DBT mindfullness skills very helpful.
I actually wrote a post about this a few months ago: DBT Mindfulness skills (beginner's guide)
