Does anyone know a group support for ppl with bpd ?! I need to be listened by ppl who struggle like me , plz if anyone know then share it here and I'm hoping not in *** cause i don't use it , thanks .

Hey there!
Given that you struggle with bpd, I can understand wanting to be listened to and supported by like-minded people. I did some digging and the closest I could find on here is that you can add your name to this Bipolar Support Taglist! You'll be tagged in bpd support forums with other similar members. Hope this helps a bit. Maybe others can give more resources. 💜
