@AnomaliaDifficult to say exactly, even if a person is deeply spiritual and 'knows' that hating is not healthy. BPD has me by my throat and has for coming on 40 years. I am working 24/7 to kick it to the curb and am working with a DBT workbook, as well as therapy and seeing a shrink for meds. I am in my mid 50s, if not now, when ?
