So I’m unsure as to whether it’s my Bpd that ruins relationships or not 🤦🏻‍♀️

I don't believe BPD is the culprit, it's important to be able to take a step back when emotions are heightened. And challenge negative thoughts and feelings logically. Being open to communication and learning to take constructive criticism in order to show up better for yourself, your partner and the relationship.

If your talking to a counselor or therapist they can help you navigate conflicts or situations that arise

Also don't be afraid to listen to your intuition. Sometimes it's right.

I completely relate. If you have professional help, I think it could be a great subject to discuss with them. I realized that although my disorder accelerated the process, these people were not understanding and shouldn't be in my life. I don't know your particular situation, but not all relationship need to last. I hope it can help you in some way.
