Hi Dalia. Sounds like you've come to the right place. It's hard to say from a short online text if you have BPD or something else, but you're clearly struggling and deserve help. Are you finding your way around this site? If you need some suggestions and links to get started, you might want to check out my reply to this post. Good luck to you.

okay, you think you have bpd. but please don't self-diagnose. find a doctor, tell him this and talk about it.
symptoms that you're describing can be symptoms of lots of other illnesses.

bpd is not based only on symptoms you have, but the coping mechanisms, mechanisms of defense, your reactions on situations... it's not only symptoms that you read on the internet. internet can be a good source of information, but it's not great when it comes to describing how one illness looks like.

please, visit a doctor.

@ambitiousLand3522 It's a good start to try to find a label for yourself that you can relate to. You may have BPD or not but the important thing is to research whatever you're going through and by asking people on here, you're making a good choice.

From what you're saying, it sounds like a therapist would help you a lot. Have you had experience with any before? Or counselors?

Anxiety is an, although sometimes frustrating, still eventually cureable thing to go through. It sounds like maybe your suicidal thoughts could be out of loneliness and that's why you relate it to BPD. Maybe making new friends could help?
