Time on my own

Things have been so difficult recently especially with covid. Being at home all the time with my wife. I love her company but sometimes I just want a wee day to myself. I'm not trusted to be on my own just now having just got out the psychiatric ward last week so I feel iv not had time to just be alone. I just wanted to get it off my chest.
