Dissociative Identity Disorder

Recently got diagnosed with DID, it's been really overwhelming in many ways but I feel like it's helped me to identify more alters and understand myself a lot more than before. It's also really scary. Does anyone have any suggestions for self-help activities for DID? I've tried everything and nothing ever helps.

Hello.

We have DID/OSDD as well, and we've known for about 3 years now.

I recommend an app called Simply Plural. It has a lot of useful features designed for systems. It helps you keep track of your alters, chat with them, keep a fronting history and more.
It's genuinely really useful and a lot of systems use it.

hey, i don't have DID, but i have a dissociative disorder. i know how it is and it's super scary, especially at first. for me, talking to a friend or watching a show can really help. what's your experience with DID? 💕
