Hi, is there anyone out there? I went through a breakup and I’m finding it at point it’s unbearable. We have been trying to make it work but it doesn’t seem to work and am wondering others experiences with no contact or if I should go no contact

Hi, sorry that the breakup has been so difficult. 🙁 When you say things haven't been working, is it like some of the same issues that happened during the relationship are continuing to happen (e.g. certain kinds of conflicts, feelings of loneliness)?
