Schizoid personality disorder
I just don't know how to follow social norms at all. I've always be seen as weird. It's horrible. It always seems to me like other people are talking about me. I feel threatened non stop. I suffer from deep PTSD too. I don't know what to do. I grew up among schizophrenic addicts. And I don't know how to act around normal people. Seriously. they call me weird. My face is strange. I'm not like everyone around me. I'm tired. I want everyone to leave me alone but I fear closeness very bad

Hi, welcome to 7 Cups 💜 That sounds tough everything you're describing (i.e. feeling weird/different and like you aren't able to fit in with other people, feeling threatened when you're around other people).
I'm struck by what you mentioned that you grew up among schizophrenic addicts, and how that makes it tough to know how to act around normal people. It almost sounds like what's "normal" was one thing when you were growing up, you adapted to that, but then now you're in a different environment where the rules have changed and those strategies don't work anymore.
1) I'm curious what it was like growing up and what you did to survive that
2) Also wondering if you've talked to a therapist about any of this, or if that feels like something you'd consider doing
