System/Plurality AMA?
Hello, we have noticed that there is so little information about system and plurality on this site; we would love to offer our own experiences as a system here, and answer any questions people may have.
We are a mixed origin, endo-traumagenic system, we are no and will never be diagnosed with any type of disorder, and we see our system as beneficial to us rather than detrimental. We are also a heavily spiritual-based system, with the majority of us being deities/entities.
Many of us are also alterhuman and LGBT+. Feel free to ask questions! Please remember to be respectful.

1) Have you been able to find any resources/communities/friends that embrace a similarly positive perspective on systems?
2) Do you have any thoughts on whether traumagenic systems in general might benefit from a positive framing of plurality?

yes, we have several communities on *** and Reddit that we engage in regularly that are very accepting of a more positive outlook on plurality.
2) Do you have any thoughts on whether traumagenic systems in general might benefit from a positive framing of plurality?
We definitely think that traumagenic systems could benefit from a more positive mindset, but we do also understand that our system is much different than others; we were endogenic first before developing some traumagenic parts, so we started out with no reason to see our system as negative, and we know those traumagenic parts can be healed.
3) Does your spirituality offer any perspectives on how to understand plurality?
Yes, we are a spiritual system and many of the deities and entities within this system have helped our host, the introjects, and each other to heal from various traumas; our spiriutality is integral to our plurality.
