For a long time now I suspect that I have a personality disorder. I dont know where do go with this, since people I open up to usually react shocked to my responses and deeds. I feel like I need to talk about it.

Hi @levia69 ✨

Thank you for sharing - what makes you self diagnose with that…?

Would you consider seeing a professional that could assist with this feeling that you have?

Sending you good energy ✨

I've chatted with some people in the past on this platform with ASPD and have found that they often still have problems that they want help with where chatting with someone else can be beneficial (e.g. alienation, boredom, managing destructive impulses, managing anger)

While it’s true that ASPD (“psychopathy”) is often an ego-syntonic condition, it is still a mental disorder that negatively affects the one who has it (maybe in external ways like job loss, unstable relationships, etc.) Self-awareness is possible for people with ASPD, especially with treatment and support from others. ❤️
