school.
I have been on 3 weeks quarantine and tomorrow i have to go to school, there are old classmates who’ve been bullying me and gossiping about me behind my back, they beaten me up. it happened on the same week when my granddad died. i still can’t get off panic attacks based on this trauma (it’s about 7 months), a lot of things changed after it, i use to shake in school, i’m very scared to look at anyone or to feel anyone looking at me, i can’t normally eat because of being bullied, i got bulimia….
idk what to add

I’m so sorry to hear what you’ve been going through. I get why you would be scared of returning to school. It’s so important to feel safe at school. Is there anyone you can talk to about this, such as a parent, teacher, or school counselor? 💜

Dear putrescat,
this sounds awful. I am truly sorry for your loss and for the bullying you had to go through. We all deserve to treated with dignity and respect. Therefore it is just horrifying reading that someone doesn't have these basic needs met in the place we are supposed to feel safe, which is school.
If you have anyone whith whom you feel safe at school, please tell them about your issue and make sure that you are not alone on breaks and after school. Try to surround yourself with someone - because when you are alone, you are apparently an easy target for bullies. This won't solve your problem but it is a start towards insuring safety.
What would be a more long term solution, is to ask for help anyone you can possibly ask. I am sure that not everyone will respond with something like "they had it worse" and that some people will take this extremely seriously, because it IS serious.
If the beating up continues, I also wouldn't hesitate from calling the police. I know that you are incredibly scared of involving the police, but this is a crime. Please understand that and don't underestimate your situation. If someone would beat me up, be it on the streat or at school - I would immediatelly involve the police.
At last, but not least important, I really think that you would benefit from a self-care routine, and even a psychologist/therapist in order to stabilize your emotions. We all have been in tough life situations and asking for help is not a shame. I hope that this helps... <3
