PPD Possibility

I’ve researched a lot on psychology (from general to abnormal) and I notice I have several-almost all-of the main symptoms and more uncommon symptoms of Paranoid Personality Disorder. I don’t want to self diagnose or anything but what exactly should I tell my psychiatrist? I do have ADHD so maybe some of my paranoid symptoms could relate to that but I don’t think so. Thanks for the help!
