Oh no, sorry to hear that 😢 Usually you'll say if a week has been busy or stressful, but "awful" is pretty rare so it must have been really bad. Has it been mostly stuff related to taking care of your dad? (Apologies if I'm misremembering which parent--think it's been ~3 months since you mentioned it)
