My aunt died this week.
So its been emotional.
Exhausting.
Alot to process.
But I'm not running from any feelings .
And I'm being gentle with what I need.
And I'm catching up with some rest 💛

Oh, I'm so sorry 💜 But that's fantastic (relative to the situation) that it sounds like you're handling it in the way that helps you the most and letting all of that do what it needs to do. Take care of yourself (or I guess continue doing that since it sounds like you don't need to be told what to do, lol)
