My Poetry And Thoughts :P
TW- ED this is one of my first poems about my ED experience so don't judge lol
When I splurge on a dish that's in vain
I want hurl cause in my brain
The weight I gain will never be the same
every bite I feel pain
every night my feet at my toilet bowl
flush my soul
As I seek solace in the ritual, a cleansing outlet
I never found peace in this food debt

I like how expressive and personal your poem is, EDs are so difficult, to feel estranged from food can feel like you're estranged from life itself, so can get it when you say it's like flushing away your soul.
I hope putting those feelings into words helps you sort through them
