Nightmare of first day of school

Time to go back to school when was a child

it was first day of school

most kids excited to be back to see their friends

but for me it was not a happy time at all

the teasing and ones being mean to me

was not due to anything I did at all

their reason was I spent part of the day in the resorce room

but to then that was a good reason to make fun of me

why why are some kids so mean to other

looking back I see myself as a child alone or being teased

teachers at times were as bad as the kids

the comments and punishments came from them a lot

just see the child I was smiling on the outside

but on the inside hurt and sad due to all they did

a child in the wind being blown about by the actions of others

@stormieandpaws. I was bullied in school because I'm quiet, meek and mild. Here I am at 66 years old, and the pain is still with me.

I often wonder if it will ever stop troubling me...🫂

sorry you went through that too with me the main bullies was my two brothers and their friends looking back i wonder if it was to keep others  from getting close to me due to them abusing me in so many ways think they might have been scared if i got close to others i tell them what brothers and friends were doing to me

teachers  bullied me even go my classmate to bully me due to how slow in doing school work i was but  as adult found out why it due to all the learning disabilities  i have that i was never DXed for until  i was in my 40's   then was and even got a AS degree in college and had a ending GPA of 3.45  wish i could go see them same teachers she them my degree so could say see i not stupid i just have learning disables

@stormieandpaws.....I'm so happy for what you've accomplished in your life. You've proven that nobody should ever assume anything about anyone else.

I never completed college, but went on through life to teach myself how to do so many things on my own simply by reading books and doing the things I wanted to be able to do.

I taught myself how to do my own plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and so many other life skills needed to survive, I rarely ever have to call on anyone for help with repairs.

You, I, and many others are proof that when we put our minds to work, we can accomplish anything we set out to do.

I'm proud of you for proving everyone else wrong!  Take care now, and never let anyone put you down....🫂

proud of you too as some of us life long learners never stop learning i was blessed with being taught  young  how to use tools fix things myself  still laugh  after i left my now ex hubby and got place of my own first gift my dad gave me was a tool box with tools in it  was like excited about it i am able to fix most things put things together  one think i thank my dad for was teaching me to use tools  yes he abused us but even within them times he blessed me in some ways like with  teaching me to use tools and to use money wisely too

many things one can not learn in school as life teaches us them things and others do by hands on doing  but yes book help too i taught  myself to use computers to fix some issues with computers too

my main issue is slowing down as my health get worst i want to  fight it even when i lose lol but in life from  young child up i was always doing things working ect it hard to slow down when you never did most your life

hope you doing well today
