Eyes are the window to the soul

Window through ones eyes

we look at others see within their eyes

that are like windows to their soul

within some of their eyes we see light

within others eyes we see darkness

some even within suffering we see a small light within them

the eyes are like windows to ones soul

some may say they doing great and have joy

but when you look into their eyes you see tears that have nor been allowed to fall

others you look within their eyes you see a soul that broken but still has light within

then their the eyes that are full of darkness they are the eyes of them that seem evil

the eyes are the window to the soul

we think back to long ago see the eyes of them around us

some were bright and cheerful eyes so full of light

others were as a din candle light not dark not fully light either

but then we see the dark eyes of some they are the ones that seek out to hurt others

the dark eyes to the dark soul seem to feed on the light within others souls

now that we much much older we can see this more clearly

the eyes are like windows to the soul

yes the dark soul ones hurt us greatly

but we did not let them destroy the light within our soul

yes for a time it was like dim light

but now it getting more and more light within our soul

they did not take the light within us out of us

but they did try to destroy the light of our soul

but within our soul is the greatest light of all

this light come by one above all

He is One that keep the light within our soul

this is our Faith within Him

that fill our soul with endless light

due to His love He freely gives

yes the eyes are the window to the soul
