grieving things lost

The things one can not control hurt the most

within this adult there are children of all ages

each of us is grieving what should have been

the mom who should have kelp us safe we is grieving as she did not

the brothers who should have cared for us but did not

some thin is grieving k only done when someone dies

but that not the truth at all one can grieve things that should have been

we grieve the childhood we should have at the careful days that never were

on is grieving thing we should not have know but we were forced to know

grieving the loss of ones self within the nightmare of abuse

grieving the loss of things taken from us

grieving one personal space that we never had at all

grieving the not having a identity of ones self but always connected to another person

grieving the dad that we should have had not the one who beat us and hurt us in other ways

so many thing w is grieve that are from childhood

not to mention the things w is grieve from adult life as lines would be to many if we add all that

is grieving parents that still alive but not what they should have been like

all this we is not within someone dying but is within a hurt and scared childhood

betrayed and abandoned emotionally an is grieving the hurt physically

can not get one childhood back but can and heal from what it lacked

is grieving come in many layers it not a one time thing at all

grieving is a journey in many ways it ok to grieve no time limit on it either

@stormieandpaws

🥺

We grieve the great life the child in us could have had 🥺

The limits it now places on the adult.

The fear.

The doubt.

The limitations.

Thw insecurities.

We can be haunted by the possibilities of how we could be now should things have been different 💕💜

yes but we grieve  what could have been but truth is we not change the past as it made us who we are  today  many think that not good they think to not suffer would be great but it not in the carefree days of not having suffering that makes us grow it within the suffering we grow to become better people if we allow the suffering to not make us bitter and fearful but to allow it to help us become over comers and  to use what was met for evil for good

@stormieandpaws

I admire your insights on suffering and yes, no matter what, our past has made us who we are today  💜

We grieve so many things. What was and what can never be. We grieve what was lost and what we never had. We grieve what we found, only to lose it all again. We grieve the past and sometimes fear the future. All this grief is unbelievably heavy at times. (sending you light and love Paws) 💜

thank you  we found to grieve them things free one too like we already grieved  the lost of the mom we should have had we  let go of the pain that came by what mom was like to us same with dad too so we already grieved in away even before they gone from this world it now as if they just someone we check in on and yes we love them we believe they love us too

but they both did not know how to show love in a positive  way we feel bad for our mom she lived in abuse all her life in abuse still but she say she helpless to change her life she told us that even as a child

we grieve that we could not save mom from the abuse she still lives in that the hardest one for us to grieve
