Hidden

I'm stranded in a place far too out of reach for anyone to ever find me. 

Forever lost in a place with no name. 

Don't bother searching, you will only follow in my footsteps. 

I'm a corrupted being walking amongst the living. 

Perpetually cease the hunt, there's no light left for you to follow. 

The darkness already roams freely amid the shadows. 

Silence can't compete with the constant noise begging to be released. 

But it can never escape it's cage, and ceaselessly implores to be set free. 

I'm safe so long as I'm able to suppress the part of me that screams for release. 

So I stay hidden in a place where nothing can reach me.
