White Rabbits

I'm chasing white rabbits,
Solemnly staring down,
Wiping the blood from their ears,
The wet fur from their skin,
Watching the rubies trifle down
As I straighten my aim
Firing, yet again.
And plastering cotton cruelty, over innocence.
