we been in the storm within again

the things we have been through over the years

they come crashing in with emotions added to them

this storm within they feel so real

like they happening now

floods within like ones that go over everythhing

water of the floods is the things we remember

feel like we sinking down into the flood waters

fear that as we in the emotional flood waters

the lighting will hit the water and we be shocked by it

can never forget how that hurts when one hit by the energy of the storm

this storm within is hard to walk through

hard to see we safe from them that hurt us too

storms within happen a lot for us

feel alone in the storm the weight of the memoroes and feelings

sink sink down inro the flood waters of the emotions

we can not see or feel anything trying to reach down to help us

were is the hand that can pull us out of the flood waters

who will help by reaching down and pulling us up

a hand is all we need as the one who reaches down into the emotional flood waters

we cry but not with our eyes but within
