I yearn one could perceive
The silence in those muted words,
The agony in your deep eyes,
Your heart throbbing uneven.
I yearn one could perceive
Your soul that isn’t mended,
Your dreams being crushed,
Your world which has sunk,
Your eyes searching yourself.
Amidst all these chaos,
You stand there
Questioning your existence
And here I am looking at you
Longing that you could find me.
