Poetry/Song I wrote

I made this poem but I want to turn it into a song 

it’s called “Checkmate” 

it’s a work in progress and I will now type a portion of it here:

I’ll keep you in check, I will force your moves

I will study hard, have my smarts proved

I don’t wanna stay this low forever

Instead of being bad, I could just play never

But no, I’m mad that he’s smarter,

I’m tired that they work harder 

I hate how she progressed further
