Member Roles & Mega Members

It used to be there weren't many roles for members to have, but now options we have:

Forum Supporter

Forum Member Leader

Forum Ambassordor member equivalent (forget the title) - ETA Forum Member Project Lead

Feed Time

Q&A team - various roles possible

SC Team Member

Wiki Team

Upcoming - Room Supporter

How do we see all of these roles working with the mega member role? Especially when the focus areas for mega members (forum, feed, or rooms) overlap with the other roles?

If the focus areas remain as is, should a mega member who focuses on the chatrooms also be a chatroom supporter, one in the forums also have an additional forum role (I think the current ones all do), etc?

Is there something that separates mega members from other roles?

Should the mega member role be changed? I think something quite a few of us have done in the past is provide feedback and suggestions. Perhaps this is what the role of mega members could be. If so, should there be focus areas and what would that be (ie. 1-1s, site navigation, etc)

In regards to the Mega Member room - I saw it was propsed that the Room Supporters would also gain access. Opinions on this?

If the member Room Supporters do get access, what about other member roles? Room supporter is equivalent (IMO anyway) to forum supporter, with the forum track there are 2 higher positions - Project Lead should certainly be given access if the room supporters are in my opinion (might also need to be an adult). Should the teens have a similar room?
