Hey folks. I’m fairly new to the peer-support concept. I was diagnosed with major depression, GAD and dysthymia just prior to the pandemic. Not really sure what I’m looking for… maybe a place where I can vent, worry, blab on, etc. Maybe even share some light-hearted moments.

Hi! I joined 7cups to help with my self-esteem. I’ve been dealing with PTSD, depression, and anxiety for many years. This app is a bit overwhelming and not sure what’s going on. It’s been a while since I’ve been to counseling - so I though here might be a good place to start
