Hi, I’m new to 7 cups. Joined due to an ongoing battle with depression, and the struggles of a recent breakup that never stops being “complicated”. Just trying to do my best to find support or a listening ear where I can.

Hi everyone, myself Kanika jain. I am based in Ghaziabad,Uttar Pradesh. I have done my BA + MA in clinical psychology and trained in ABA therapy from Dubai. I have done so many internships from fortis hospital, institute of rehabilitation, stay home foundation and also worked with AAS association. I currently worked as a counselor in The fitness armour and also I’m a volunteer counselor in Vandrevala foundation and active listener in 7 cups.I have received an award from fortis hospital for excellence in psychological research. My 2 researches are published in journals. I have so many certifications in different domains like managing emotions , art therapy,etc,..
It’s great to be a part of this group. Looking forward to learn new things and get experience as well.
