I am Orca's Heart.
I am coming from a place where I am dealing with a lot and I know myself enough to know that destructive behaviours that I tend to fall to to cope with said issues are not the way to go if I want to be a healthy person, but there's not just ONE category of what I need help with, so there is that. I am here because I need to be safe.
I can be best supported by making some friends and possibly gaining an accountability partner.
