@HopeMy name is Wild I'm dealing with anxiety and depression.....I have no friends so it makes it more hard for me to communicate with people...also an introvert dealing with self esteem too

Hello everyone,
I'm a new listener and my goal in life is to help individuals mental health by achieving goals and becoming the person they desire to be through the use of recreational activities. I believe having a good foundation for your leisure activities will allow for a balanced life in any point in time of life! Although, that isn't exactly what I am doing here, I am excited to listen to people and offer a safe space for them to express their concerns and emotions.
