Hello everyone! I'm new to 7 Cups and excited about my journey here. I hope that I am able to help at least one person after it's all said and done. Any tips or tricks are greatly appreciated.

I've used this site on and off for a couple of years starting in 2014.
I'm trying to get through a lot of PTSD flashbacks and learning healthy ways of coping.

I'm here because I've struggled and I've seen friends struggle and I've wished there was some help. But I think people can help each other overcome their struggles, in part because we're social by nature.

hi, we call ourselves the Nazara Collective. we're a system of 9 at the moment. we have some sort of dissociative disorder but haven't been diagnosed yet. I myself was hoping to get support here since I don't really have a support system (only like 3 people know I exist). I also enjoy helping people. thanks for reading.
