Hi! I came on here to try and get some help with motivation and some general mental health issues; also because I've just had a pretty terrible two weeks. Can't wait to see what I can do here with 7 cups of tea; with both learning and listening!

Hello. My name is Adrian Cajar, I am 19 years old and I am from Panama. My main language is spanish, but I speak english too. I have just joined to 7Cups today because I wanted to have a place where I can speak about my worries and issues with my health and life, in subjects like shyness, family issues, loneliness, anger, career choices and other things related to my general health. Also, I joined because I wanted to have a place where I don't feel so lonely and where I can make friends that listen to me, give me advice and grow together as we advance in life. I hope that I get better during the progress to have a better mental health, grow as a person and living a happy life.
