Im here to get help for depression, anxiety and not sure what it's classed as but my mother is a narcissist. Love to meet anyone who's parent is also a narcissist

Hi all, I'm new (obviously). I joined because I've been struggling a lot lately with what I thought was just anxiety & depression, but was diagnosed last week with ADHD and bipolar disorder as well (I'm 29), both of which explain A LOT but are a bit of a shock still and it's taking a bit to process. I've been trying to find a therapist but they're either not taking new patients or my insurance doesn't cover them 😒🤷 so I'm hoping to at least find a listening ear here and hear some other experiences too.
