Hi everyone! My name is Erytrea. I've been on 7 cups for a couple weeks now and am glad to be here.
Hmm.. some things about me..
I really love drawing and hiking. I'm an EMT. I'm 19 and am getting a Liberal Arts AA, but might switch to a PT degree.
I struggle with several mental health issues, but the one that impacts me the most is my anxiety.
It's nice to meet everybody!!!

Hello, I started using 7cups recently. I have some difficulties due to some minor but ongoing health issues and am undergoing some dental work and it can be a bit stressful. I've actually been doing bit better recently with sleep and sticking to a routine, but I sometimes feel I don't have anyone to talk to and can feel uneasy when doing new things.

Hello everyone. I'm here as a supplement to my regular therapy sessions. It's strange how it came about. I had a therapy session just yesterday, my sessions are about 3-4 weeks apart, and after my session, a lot of stuff happened in an overwhelmingly negative fashion, and I needed to find a way to breathe again, so I found 7 cups in the app store and it looked like what I needed: just to talk. It turned out to be exactly what I needed and wanted. I have, in 24 hours, become a listener because I'm so impressed with 7 Cups. How can you best support me? You already have! Thank you for being here!

Hi! I've recently joined 7cups and I really like it. Came here cause I felt a bit down and google reccomended it to me. I do look forward to finding people in similar places and making new friends!
