Hello Everyone,
I'm new here, just googled a place to talk and this popped up. I've been struggling with my mental health lately and yesterday I was fired from my perfect wonderful job that I loved very much. I've never been fired before and I'm beyond humiliated and more depressed than before. I hope I can find some people to talk to on here.

Hello, my name is Janice.

At the end of March, something triggered my trauma and as a result my depression has returned with a vengeance.
