Feeling pretty down tonight, could do with a hug and someone to tell me that everything will work out okay

@Kerry39 Getting plenty of sleep, food, and water can make you feel better. Even if you feel like literal trash that day, it's always good to take care of your body! It helps a lot ^^
@Kerry39 *hug* Here's a hug, please look after yourself, you deserve to be happy and healthy. I know how hard it is to look after yourself when you are down but try not to be too hard on yourself. Things will get easier, it will be okay
