2 Ways To Deal With Feelings of Irritability and Anger

"
1. Have you been sticking to a regular sleep schedule?
You are probably aware of some of the things you can do to get a better night’s sleep, but I’ll mention them again:
- Exercise can be helpful, especially vigorous exercise. (That said, overexercising has been linked to insomnia.)
- Reducing screen time in favor of being outside can also improve sleep quality.
- Having an evening wind-down routine can help, whether that’s doing some light stretching or meditation before bed, journaling or sketching, or taking a relaxing bath.
- For people struggling with nightmares or bad dreams, sleeping with a comfort object can help. You may also try journaling your dreams and changing the negative endings to positive ones.
2. Do you have the sensation that you are rushing through life?

Listening to music helps at times :)
@Optimisticempath
The same for me! Sometimes I get irritated when I lack sleep but music can usually lift my mood. What music do you listen to?
@globalBraid3744 That's great to hear. What are ur faves right now? I'm obsessed with little freak by Harry styles, its beautifully melancholic.

Oh nothing specific actually, anything that goes with the mood 😅
How about you both? Any favorites??

My favorite music to listen to now is instrumental because I tend to feel tired after work and this kind of music makes me relaxed :) Little Freak is an amazing song, I love it!!

@comfortableNight4463 When I am feeling irritable, I always like to take a nap and recharge. It's important I don't react to anything when I'm angry because I can say things I don't mean 😔 Thank you for this article!
@fruityPond7887 This is so true. When we're angry, we can be so mean without thinking. This is a great way of coping. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
