Effective Altruism: How To Create Impact and Growth
“What exactly is effective altruism?
Effective Altruism is a project aimed to find the best practices to help others, creating not just better life conditions but also a world where values and ideals are shared among its people. It's creating a community where growth is for the better, for all, and worth developing.
One small action you make, one small donation, one small change in behavior can lead to 100 times more impact. Our position in life determines the possibility of the impact you can spread.
- Helping doesn't mean living in poverty, doesn't mean living in chaotic conditions. If we live in wellness, why is it too difficult to share some of it? Creating impact on others, lighting up their vision, their path, it's an overall greater impact than keeping all of it for our own growth.
- In the end, a life without any kind of sharing is worthless. Just think about any of your relations: friends, family, even with yourself. Aren't they based on sharing? On giving an opportunity for their present and future?
If there's a world where you are chosen randomly to be in any social and life position… we might as well desire that everyone of us cares and helps each other. With that thinking in mind, it's clearer that effective altruism could change the world for the better. Give effective altruism a space in your life, and you might as well find a new meaning that lasts.”

✨Takeaway: Choosing to grow with others is an investment in your own life. A strong community builds a little world with a common goal, where your journey and the path of the community are united and strengthened each time, and where people will always remember the love they have received. Doing altruistic acts helps build a strong community!

I can be more altruism by sharing my ideas & supporting others with theirs!
@innateJoy9602
There is a "modern approach" to philanthropy in NGOs and humanitarian organizations that utilizes the same principles of cost-benefit analysis used to assess business projects and investments.
The idea is, if I have 1 us$ million to "invest" in "doing good", what use of that money might do the most good?
Likewise, we can reflect on the use of our volunteer time.
If I have two hours a day for helping others, what activities, that I can do in that time, will help the most people that most need help? What use of those hours will do the most good?

Very well said: "What use of those hours will do the most good?"
That's truly the question to ask when practicing effective altruism!
Thanks for sharing healing!💛💫

I could be more altruistic by choosing to spend more of my time working on creative gifts for those I love.
