How To Be Open About Life’s Challenges
“We all have times when we find ourselves at rock bottom and it seems as though it may be the end for us. You may face financial issues, relationship issues, or even inner demons that you find hard to express outwardly because you fear judgment. It all starts with YOU being brutally honest about what you’re facing and setting up a game plan with the intention to overcome your problem. These topics can be uncomfortable to both deal with and talk about, but with patience, you can overcome these challenges and make it a lifestyle to live by.
Suppressing Your Emotions Only Makes It Worse
If you don’t address what you’re going through this can lead to you showcasing negative emotions in different settings and can even result in hurting the people that love and care about you the most. We are humans and suppressing your emotions isn’t the solution to your problems.
Vocalize What You’re Going Through
If you find yourself in a situation that’s challenging, voice what you’re going through to someone. For example, If you’re having a relationship issue with your significant other voice it to them and let them know that you don’t agree with whatever it is they’re doing. If you’re bothered by something they do let them know so that the issue can be addressed and it can be resolved. When you communicate your problems you prevent built-up resentment to arise and the problem at hand can be brought to your partners’ attention.”

@comfortableNight4463 So sorry to hear this.
I hope things get better for you.
@Happy900 Thank you!
@innateJoy9602 I think I am fairly good at vocalizing my emotions. I think that I need to work on processing my emotions before I speak about them because I can get a little frustrated and not understand all aspects. I wish I could practice understanding others' perspectives before reacting.
