Hello! I love that quote about the snowflakes. It makes me think of how all the times I went through problems by myself, when it would have been so much better and helpful to have support and help. Even now, I get feelings of selfishness if I want to think of myself first for a change. But if you don't take care of yourself, then you cannot be there for your family and friends.

And having a support system can go a really long way in helping us to heal and manage the challenges we face since we are not in it alone <3 And practicing self-care is vital for our own wellbeeing as well as being able to help our loved ones if they need us. Because it does take a lot of strength to help someone and we need to make sure that we both refill and nurture our own ability to help others aswell as our ability to help oneself <3

From what I know since childhood, every snowflake is carried by an angel, from the heavens to the ground , this is one of the reasons why they are so lovely
