Once again trying to Fix " perceived" items with meaningless one size fits all text or diversity posters ..... creates DIVISION not inclusion ......
........look through the items in article
- Provide more autonomy over how work is done- work often has one goal not do it however you feel ... no Standard or policy ...
- Make schedules as flexible and predictable as possible - how is one flexible AND predicable as possible
- These are just a few of contradictions in article and frankly many a workplace is finding that resentment and special treatment for some creates more of a hostile work place with more IMO backstabbing and less collaboration then ever. In fact giving special treatment to some group based on some assumed bias creates issues with others and creates more mental issues then ever.
