Create Your Own Self-Care Spell!

Part 1: The Ingredients
I want you to choose three 'ingredients' for your spell. These are the actions, items, or environments that consistently bring you peace and comfort. They should be things you can easily access when you need a quick reset.
Examples: Music, herbal tea, sunlight, stretching, a video call with a friend, a 10-minute nap, putting on comfortable clothes.
Note the ingredients down
Part 2: The Incantation
Next, you’ll write your Incantation - a short, powerful affirmation or intention for your self-care time. It should capture the feeling you want to achieve (e.g., peace, energy, clarity, grounding) and be easy to remember.
Example: 'I release the day and welcome the night. All is calm, all is right.'
Write this down too
The Last Part is The Potion Name
Give your spell a unique name - your Self-Care Potion Name. Something that captures its essence!
Now, let’s share our creations! When you share, please tell us:
- Your Potion Name (if you chose one).
- Your 3 Ingredients and why they are important to you right now.
- Your Incantation and what you hope it helps you achieve.
Let’s explore more on how we can bring these spells to real usage!
The Trigger: What is the specific feeling or moment that tells you, 'It's time to cast my spell?' (e.g., A tight neck, scrolling endlessly, a sudden feeling of being overwhelmed).
The Commitment: When will you commit to casting this spell for the first time this week?
