7 Cups is a community of compassion and support. We at 7 Cups believe in acknowledging and celebrating milestones, accomplishments, special moments, and days. Milestones like birthdays and Cupsversaies (Anniversary at 7 Cups) are some of the most important days of our lives, and we want to capture these in a more deliberate way. So, here's what we'll be doing!

  • Fill out this form to indicate when your birthday or cupsday is (here).
  • Every month, we will highlight your submissions and invite the community to shower the thread in love.

That's it! The only rule is that it must be your birthday/cupsday. Looking forward to spotlighting you!

If you want to recognize a cups friend, you can host a party for them! A 15-30 min banner can be set by a mod in the community room so you can celebrate the birthday party. The party should not clash with any prior scheduled event (check tockify). Please reach out to the community mod on duty to let them know of the party and ask them to set an alert so more people can join in the fun. Both members and listeners can host; there are no requirements for who can throw a party!
