We want to begin by honoring the original Rising Star Program. Its mission to spotlight potential and help members find their path in leadership has been an incredibly valuable part of our community.

We've taken deep inspiration from that goal, and we've also listened carefully to community feedback on the needs of our members. What we've heard is a desire for a simpler, more direct way to ask questions and explore leadership opportunities without the structure of a formal program.

To meet that need, we are excited to introduce a revamped and simplified approach. This new system moves away from nominations and focuses directly on providing you with answers.

The purpose: This program is a simple way to get personalized help and answers about leadership opportunities at 7 Cups. If you are curious about becoming a leader, have questions about a specific role, or aren't sure where to start, we are here to guide you. There is no complex program to join. Just ask your questions, and a member of our team will help you find the answers and explore a path that's right for you!
